About Your Presenter
George Grose


In 2010 I made exercise my profession. I've travelled around the UK, Spain, the US & Canada to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry.
I hold an MSc from a top university and the highest accreditation from the Resistance Training Specialist program, with honours.
In my spare time, I’ve taught courses on exercise mechanics to fellow exercise and rehab professionals.
By applying first principles, whilst customising for the intricacies of each individual, I’ve helped my clients achieve results they’d all but given up on.
